So I was SO excited to try this for three main reasons: I love chai, price per meal was cheaper than other well-known brands, and the list of *included* supplements seemed pretty amazing. I enjoyed the taste, but it's not quite as flavorful as I would have wished, although that's not a deal breaker. I enjoyed this with just milk in a Blender Bottle and it left me satiated till lunchtime. I did have to keep mixing before every few sips. This is something great for those who don't have time to make a complete breakfast in the morning but don't want to skimp on nutrition.
