I’ve been using Knocked every night for a few weeks now and the difference in sleep quality is pretty insane. I consistently get about 7 hours of sleep and actually feel refreshed when I wake up, which honestly hasn’t happened in years. I definitely recommend adding this to your routine.

My friend recommended Knocked after I told them how groggy I feel after taking melatonin. This stuff is a good substitute. They do a great job of explaining why I shouldn’t be relying on melatonin and provide solid tips on how to sleep better.

It’s an incredible idea and super excited about their product. The formula has made a huge difference in my sleep quality. I’ve even done control weeks and tracked metrics with multiple devices. It works!

Knocked helped me establish a real bedtime routine. Beyond the supplement, they’ve taught me a ton about tools to achieve better sleep. I’m a sucker for brands that lead with education, so I highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a holistic approach to improved sleep.

I didn’t realize how bad my quality of sleep was until I started feeling the benefits of Knocked. I’ve been waking up with more energy ever since I started. I read a lot about sleep hygiene on their site. I sleep in pretty cold temps now and stay away from bright lights before bed. That also helped.
