I should have done my homework before ordering. Like many others I didn't know I was buying a subscription that I am finding quite difficult to cancel. The chat lady kept saying the same thing over and over. It wasn't until a half hour later that she confirmed a refund will be issued. I screenshot the conversation but I am not fully trusting that a refund will actually come. I canceled the subscription online, too. But I am still owed money that I am not sure I will ever see. Kind? Not so much! Update:10/2: instead of receiving the promised refund, they charged me another $84. So there is that. Update: 10/15: I got on a chat with them again. They told me I can send my shipment back and then get a refund within 3 to 5 days. I did just that. The return was delivered October 10th. No confirmation no refund. I get on the chat with them again today. They promise to send this to the admin team and they will get back to me in 24 to 72 hours with an answer. I try to get a manager. I tell them about my frustration, and instead of doing anything else, I get an automated "Thank you for getting in touch. It's been great connecting with you. Have a fantastic day!' After that they ignored me. I am so frustrated!
