I’m a huge fan of Keto Chow! Their Chocolate Peanut Butter shake is my absolute favorite! Their shakes are extremely easy to make, simply add your choice of liquid and fat! If you’re not sure what would go well with your flavor, they give you an example! When I make the Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor, I mostly just add water and MCT oil. The flavor is wonderful! Occasionally I use some coconut milk, almond milk, or half and half to the water. They all add a little extra creaminess, like a deluxe version, but it doesn’t even need it! I simply do this when I need a few more calories. I’ve also tried multiple other flavors. The pistachio, chocolate, vanilla, apple pie, really everything I’ve tried is great. I do need to tell you about the chicken soup base, though. Total game changer when it comes to easy throw-together meals! I absolutely love the flavor base. I’ve made soups, yet have a casserole in mind… Keto Chow as a company is really helpful too. They offer multiple recipes to make with different flavors, both sweet and savory, and I’ve enjoyed the ones I’ve tried. The recipes come from at least two chefs and I’ve found their knowledge and suggestions extremely helpful. I’ve even come up with a few of my own recipes after I learned more about the portions and essential parts of the recipes. I don’t consider it a negative, but I will say that I, personally, use a smoothie blender rather than a shaker.. Additionally, I prefer to make mine at least 30 minutes in advance and refrigerate them to keep them cold and set in the flavor. When I’m on the run, I don’t worry about that and it’s fine, but if you have time, it will be just a bit better. I quickly moved to a subscription plan too. I loved it so much and haven’t regretted it. The system is super-easy to manage and your faves costs significantly less. I highly recommend Keto Chow!
