I was fortunate enough to attend an event sponsored by the founders in Chicago where they shared the story behind the spirit. As a vodka drinker, I didn't expect to like the mixed drinks much, but they surprised me. The team was super diverse and all had a deep passion for their product. It was the first time I tried a Reposado Espresso Martini—I was hooked. The Blanco was also a great choice, but I cannot describe much beyond the fact that it was simply smooth. The Reposado was a something I could sip and not mix. I had to go and buy them both for my home bar!
