I purchased the Jelcie nails starter pack plus an additional set of semi-cured gels. I liked the idea that they seemed easy to apply and didn't involve having to use glue, multiple gel polishes etc. Plus all the reviews seemed positive. After watching the tutorial on their website in addition to a live stream, I also watched several YouTube videos about how to apply them. After following all of the steps, they looked great for 1, ONE day. By day 2, one was already lifting and water was getting underneath which is a bad sign. I reached out to their customer service team only to be told that the poor outcome was probably due to an error on my part. They offered no resolution, no type of partial credit/refund etc. For the price (@ $45), the quality of the product is just not worth it in my experience. Manime is much less expensive and had a longer wear time. I frequently do my nails at home (dip powder, acrylics etc) and this product just doesn't hold up to less expensive, longer lasting alternatives.
Feedback
Quality of product, longevity of wear, poor customer service and a starter kit is fairly expensive in comparison to other similar products.
