Jarrow Formulas SAMe 200 and B-Right Optimized B-Complex have been amazing for me. They are perfect for people with slow COMT, as SAMe provides great support and finally allows me to tolerate methylated B vitamins without side effects. I feel more balanced, with steady energy and improved mood. It’s such a relief to have found a combination that really works for my needs

I tried the Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate extra strength tablets in the Lemon flavor and have no complaints. They taste great and provide the perfect boost of extra vitamin B and Folate for those struggling with deffiencencies.
