In a time where the hydration and energy drink space is so cluttered with products that overpromise all these health benefits and under deliver in the basic form of their product (i.e hydrating and energizing), it’s beyond refreshing to see a brand like HY.Q, deliver on what they are promising. Sweat loss and replenishment through electrolytes are based in science, and that is exactly what HY.Q does. I feel genuinely hydrated when I drink HY.Q, I find myself not getting headaches, and feeling a general sense of readiness for what’s ahead. I 100% recommend this.
