Okay ingredients. Silicon dioxide is bad, and the form of magnesium(malate) could be better(glycinate). Collagen could be from grass fed cows.

I take electrolytes, collagen, and creatine, so what better way to combine all of it in one. The taste was good and easy to drink. My only setback is that I don’t always need that amount of electrolytes every day, but still want to take the collagen and creatine daily, so as much as I love the idea of 3-1, I think separating it might be better for me (but that is absolutely personal option). But super innovative and great product!

Harlo was recommended by a friend, so I decided to try the Raspberry Salt flavor. Love the taste of it as well as the benefits, I always keep a serving for me for the each morning! Looking forward to trying Watermelon Salt next!
