    Found this at a local NY restaurant and would go back just for this drink! It's a refreshing spin on a Korean drink I grew up on but would never have the time or ingredients to make myself. The perfect grab when you want a treat but want to stay healthy.

    Halmi is absolutely delicious. It's so light while being flavorful. It pairs so well with food and I crave it after a particularly heavy meal as it's designed to aid with digestion. It also tastes amazing as a cocktail mixer!

Halmi (a nickname for grandma in Korean) is a brand of light sparkling beverages inspired by traditional Korean flavors and made with real ingredients. Our first flavor - Cinnamon, Ginger Jujube, Persimmon - is a sparkling take on Korea’s beloved SuJeongGwa, a sweetened spiced punch that's been brewed for generations to aid digestion. This is our version of a healthier, lighter ginger ale. Halmi was founded by Hannah Bae, a NY native and daughter of Korean immigrants. She began brewing traditional Korean drinks that have been heralded for their digestive qualities, based on memories of her family's recipes. Crafting these beverages is a way to honor our roots, strengthen ancestral connections and celebrate our hyphenated identities with something unique, refreshing, and with better ingredients.
