  • wouldn’t exactly say it’s a bad product but not for me. it gets points for the formulation and ingredients. standard amount of caffeine for an energy drink, plus some good additions. but overall, it simply doesn’t taste good. by the end of it i was forcing myself to finish it. if you prioritize flavor when it comes to energy drink, this probably won’t be for you. but if you care about what’s in it, you may like it. especially if you want something with adaptogens or don’t want sucralose.

  • I used to be big on a competitor energy drink, but I read some not-so great things, so I decided to shop around. I love that Gym Weed has a substantial amount of caffeine (200mg), but it also has adaptogens: 300mg of ashwaganda, as well as 100mg of lion's mane and l-theanine. I find the l-theanine makes the caffeine more enjoyable and less of a jitery feel. You can buy these on Amazon as well. They're a little pricy, but I think it's one of the cleaner energy drink options.
