Their refund policy is a scam, this is straight from the website: "We want you to have the best experience with grüns. Returns rarely happen, but we do have a great policy in place. You can return any unopened daily snack packs within 30 days of your order, and we'll refund you the full value of your order. Submitting a return takes about a minute, and we accept all returns in policy. No questions asked. If you have specific questions for your returns or exchange circumstance, our team of Grüns Care Bears are eager to help! You can reach them at [email protected]" And this is their actual policy per their care team: "Thank you for reaching out. I understand you'd like to return your recent order. Unfortunately, as per our policy, returns for a refund are only eligible for the first order. For subsequent orders, we only offer exchanges for another product. Since this was not your first order, I regret to inform you that we won't be able to process a refund." Beware when you are trying to cancel a subscription!

More was not ordered, it was automatically sent, sure didn’t fully understand it was a subscription but this is predatory and a scam. If not they would do a refund, tried even before second order went out, definitely scam practice

Maybe they were returned for a different reason? Damaged packaging, wrong size, not fresh, found something else, etc. Plus, they should have used the phrase "only for first order". That would be an *honest* and fair policy.
