Ginjan develops and brings traditional African flavors to the world. Founders Rahim & Mo, created Ginjan as a way to connect back to their home in Guinea.
Since coming to New York when they were teens, they missed home and felt that the juice market didn't represent the flavors of their country. With a mission, they started Ginjan in 2015 and have been giving back to their community both in Harlem, NY and Guinea ever since.
Our signature Ginjan Ginger juice is what we drank as kids growing up in Guinea. Ginjan ginger is made with ginger root, pineapple, lemon and anise. Known natively as “Namakou Leiidi’ which translates to ‘pepper of the earth’ our Ginger drink is a great way to enhance your immune response and combat inflammation.
We also developed Bissap, which is a Hibiscus based drink with cardamom, nutmeg and mint. With a smoother profile, this juice is a great refresher. Packed with antioxidants, this juice can easily fit in as your new favorite!
