Crafted in Abruzzo, pure spring water and organic semolina wheat flour combines to give the pasta a sweet aroma. Using ancient artisan techniques, the pasta is cut on 100-year-old bronze dies to achieve a rough texture that soaks up sauce. It is then slowly air-dried for up to 36 hours, protecting its delicate flavor.
