I liked the GEM PRODUCT —-BUT THEY KEEP SENDING ME MORE AND MORE CHARGING TO MY CREDIT CARD . I have MONTHS worth of the product and cancelled the subscription but another package came again . I did not want to have to write a bad review because I like the product I just don’t like having so much of it and for them to send me more than I possibly could consume. I am hoping this is not happening to everyone. And I will remove this experience or correct it if they will correct the problem. I would be very hesitant to buy anymore because I’m afraid they would send me way too much of it.

I like the idea of GEM, but their customer service sucks. No phone contact, essentially talking to AI.
