  • Buy At Your Own Risk I placed an order on 11/23/23 and received a communication on 11/26/23 stating that my order is in the beginning phases of being sewn and I would be receiving an update soon. I guess 3 weeks later was too soon. After MUCH back-and-forth for SEVERAL weeks with their customer service, only after Trustpilot upheld my poor review of them after Fresh Hoods themselves had disputed it, they offered me a 30% refund with the option to receive it as a store credit along with a 15% discount on a future purchase with a request that I remove/update my review. I told them anything less than a full refund was unacceptable without having received my order. This communication was on 1/18/24, 2 months after I placed my order. Fresh Hoods came back and said that they could not refund me completely because the order had shipped (after 2 months they should have just filed a claim with the shipping company). However, the 30% partial refund would still be honored if I wanted to proceed that way. I told them that IF I received my order by 1/21/24, I would let them know, accept the 30% refund, and then update my review on Trustpilot to reflect that. I received my order on 1/19/24, reached out to let them know that I had, and told them that I was ready to proceed with the partial refund and updated review. They only response I received back from them was a copy and paste of my last communication to them that I had received the order and wanted the partial refund of 30%. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 star because the product IS great quality.
