Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a specific flower gift but received something completely different from what was shown. On top of that, the delivery was late — which defeated the whole purpose of sending a gift on time. I expect what I pay for, and this order failed on two basic levels: accuracy and punctuality. I will not be ordering again and cannot recommend this service.

Sent a tulips bouquet from Dubai to Brazil. Flowwow help me combine flowers, soft toy and card. There were two deliveries (not one), but it was not a prolblem 🌷
