This company has a great product, but has dropped the ball on customer service in the last 6 months. I’ve been a customer for over a year but just spent 3 consecutive months trying to cancel through email before they finally stopped charging and sending me product. Pros: great coffee alternative for adhd brains. No crash. A few hours of focus without jitters. I drink it hot or cold with some chocolate protein powder. Cons: until they figure out their CS issue (this has been most of 2024) I would recommend trying single bags on Amazon instead of going through their site directly.

This company executes unethical business practices; specific negative experiences with operations processing and customer service. I returned an unopened product within 30 days of receiving it and they still refuse to refund me 7 months later with constant illogical excuses. The price is high for the ingredients, customer service responds with inauthentic solutions and their marketing is deceptive. Do not buy anything from this company.

I'm SO disappointed in this brand. I found out about them when I attended Natural Expo West. I bought a subscription and gave it a shot. The taste was okay. I still felt more tired than when I drank real coffee but I wanted to really give it a try since I was interested in the healthier version. My next month was just around the corner. BEFORE it was time to fulfill it, I went into the site, change the frequency from every month to every three months to be able to give it a try. Several days later, I received an email saying they were going to fulfill my order. I emailed immediately explicitly saying that I had changed the frequency to every 3 months and not to fulfill the order as I did not need it. A few days later the order was shipped anyway and I was billed. I followed up with yet another email reviewing that I had changed the frequency AND I had emailed before the order shipped re-stating not to bill me or send me more product. Their answer? When I checked the box to change the frequency there was some other section (clearly not anywhere obvious) that I should have checked also. They disregarded my email. Charged me. Sent the product and said that they do not provide return labels. Wow. What TERRIBLE business practices and customer service. I really wanted to continue trying the product but now I want nothing to do with it. All I have to say is if you try it and find that it doesn't give you the energy it boasted... make sure to neurotically search every corner of the cancel or change frequency page because they will 100% take your money no matter if you log in, change the frequency, email. Everything. So disappointing.

My partner and I just recently tried Everyday Dose’s coffee+ and I have to say, it is DELICIOUS! We ordered a 30 day bag and had to order a 90 day bag like a week later cause we love the stuff so much! He’s even started incorporating it into his smoothies as well as his coffee. We are definitely starting to notice some of the perks of using the mushroom coffee every day and we’re excited to continue using it! I’d also like to mention that the customer service with this company is top tier! You can tell they truly care about their customers 🖤

I want to start with how delicious EveryDay Dose coffee is! Omg Im addicted! Not to mention the ingredients are perfect! All the health benefits from the coffee are incredible! Like collagen and the mushrooms! Wow! Their customer service is top notch as well. The gifts they send each month is like a cherry on top! I recommend Dose to everyone !

The team at EveryDay Dose is truly phenomenal. I recently moved and had an issue with changing my address before my next shipment. I let the team know and they sent me a replacement along with providing a 15% discount on my next shipment! I truly love the quick response and them showing truly how much they care for my business! I will never chose another company to go with for my mushroom coffee fix!

The Customer Service Support at Everyday Dose never ceases to amaze me. While I have not had to contact them often over the last 3 years of being a customer, each time not only have they rose to the occasion but they have exceeded them! This time was no exception! Rose and Luis helped get my account up to par, by updating my subscription, and payment method while I was having trouble logging in. Then to boot added some amazing swag I missed out on since I joined Everyday Dose before the swag was a thing. Thank you Everyday Dose! I tell EVERYONE about you and how fantastic your products and over-all company is! ❤️

As retired US Army soldier, I am used to drinking coffee, a lot of coffee! I like my coffee dark and strong. And some of my favorites are New Orleans dark roast, chicory, Ethiopian, to name a few. When my sister gave me Dose I didn’t think I would care for it, as I am really a coffee snob. I do not like weak, wimpy, or no flavor coffee. Boy was I wrong. I ended up signing up for their Bold + on auto 4 bags, just over a month ago. I have gone through bag my sister gave me plus 2 of my first order. Before Dose I, since retiring from military I was having trouble sleeping so I was only drinking 1-2 cups in morning. But since trying Dose I find I am drinking about 4 cups a day. Closer to what I am used to! My first cup is usually Dose mixed with my normal morning dark roast cup, and then the others are either straight up Dose or perhaps I may add a medium roast in one. I really can’t comment on what others claim as to how it has helped them. I just know it tastes really great and I have no trouble sleeping even after 4 cups. I did try several other brands before signing on to Dose and truly this is by far best I have tasted. It is not bitter, no issues with sleep, and like I said taste great like coffee should! I am a hard sell on most products and do not normally write any reviews but did for this one

I just started drinking Everyday Dose a few weeks ago and I’m hooked! I’m a high anxiety individual and as much as I love coffee, I’ve realized it’s just too much for my nervous system at this point in life. I was totally surprised at how good Everyday Dose tastes and after a few weeks of drinking it, I can feel the positive effects. No morning jitters, my skin is looking better, I have balanced energy throughout the day, more positive mood and I’m sleeping better! Another thing to note…the customer service is OUTSTANDING! I had a recent issue with the delivery company and wrote an email to Everyday about what had happened. It was a late night email and I received an immediate reply and then another follow up email the next morning. The Everyday team is ON IT and they’re super friendly, helpful and they give off that Step Brothers “did we just become best friends” vibe. 😁 The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because the cost of the coffee is pretty high. 😅 BUT…they do give you free gifts and that’s pretty awesome. Absolutely loving this product. Have already noticed so many benefits in the first couple months. If you have ADHD, TRY THIS! Brain fog has cleared and I can actually focus. Not to mention my nails are harder than ever. Customer service is also amazing, LOVE this company!

everyday dose has changed my life! not only do i feel more energized each day, my skin has never looked better because of the collagen! i have been using everyday dose for almost one year and i dont think i will ever go back to starbucks again

My experience with EverydayDose has been fantastic. I enjoy the coffee, I enjoy the products, and their customer service has been excellent. I give it two thumbs up. My recommendation is to check out and look for their special package deals. It's a great way to try different things, and you always get some great swag. So check it out.

This is the best mushroom coffee I’ve ever experienced. It’s worth every penny and the customer service is FANTASTIC! One hundred percent perfect, a full 100/10! I am actually thriving with life now!

I started drinking Everyday Dose in 2023. I was a steady customer for about a year and a half. I loved the taste and looked forward to my cup every morning. I had to give it up for a little while due to a really difficult time in my life. And boy did it affect me! My energy, my appetite, my mood, my gut health... literally everything declined. I have been back to drinking 2 heaping scoops a day for a little over a month and I have decided I will never be without it again. I love everything about this brand... the product, the freebies...it's all top notch! And the customer service and Dose team are outstanding! I have never had an issue that they didn't take immediate action to remedy. I would recommend this brand to anyone and everyone! 🍄⚡️🖤

I was skeptical at first to make the switch. Did lots of research on all the brands out there. I’m so glad I picked everyday dose as my first try! I didn’t have to go through all the gritty ones to find the perfect cup. I know they say it’s a journey to feel the full effects and I can’t wait to complete that because what has changed in just the first 5 days is a complete game changer! Plus added bonus they have the absolute best customer service I have seen with any company or brand out there today. I’ve never been one to push a product on a friend but I’m telling everyone they need to make the switch and even giving them sample sips because it’s that good!

I am 10 months in with Everyday Dose and I will not go back! I love the Coffee+ in the morning and the Match+ in the afternoon. I feel more focused and less jittery and my gut feels so much better than when I was drinking regular coffee. I have gotten many friends and family hooked as well!

Everyday Dose coffee is AMAZING! I’ve been drinking it now for 3 months and there is a HUGE difference in my health. I feel better, energized, happy, my stomach is no longer bloated, my gut health has increased tremendously, my focus is on point and the customer service is SPECTACULAR! On my third order, I got my monthly gift but the package came opened so the coffee bag was missing. I emailed them to let them know and they replied back the same day and fixed my issue IMMEDIATELY! They sent me a new bag and it arrived in less than a week. Oh! And by the way, IT TASTE DELICIOUS! It actually tastes like coffee! Highly recommend!
