I tapped the button to TRY this product and now it's an ongoing nightmare of them not letting me cancel and sending me login instructions that do NOT let me access the precious "cancel subscription" button. These people are scammers. I finally had to call my bank and try to stop payments that way. Don't do it!!!!!

Poor customer service. Deceptive trade practices. Product was canceled and they sent an email stating it was canceled. They then went ahead and mailed out the product and I returned the product to them. They told me to keep it as a gift which I didn't do!. Didn't tell the credit card company the truth! Still trying to get $ 27 refund. Be aware of this company !

I absolutely have loved this mushroom coffee and subscribed for over a year now. I upgraded to the 90 serving bag as well. I received one free gift the whole time which was the vessel and nothing after that. Which they claimed a free gift would come every month: I wrote to them telling them I was cancelling my subscription for this reason and do they care to respond? Nope. Do loyal customers spending over $100/month matter? It seems not. I went from a five star to a 3 for their lack of caring. I don’t like companies who have so many customers that the individuals no longer matter. Thanks, [email protected]

I would say the product itself is OK if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to coffee. That being said do not get in bed with these folks. It’s not worth the headache, hassle and disappointment, of dealing with their lack of customer service. I do business with people I like, trust and or respect. I can say I no longer like, trust or respect this product or company.

So I’m new to everyday dose. Just got my first shipment yesterday. I’m reading the reviews here, and re-occurring orders seems to be an issue. When I initially ordered, I specifically marked, “one time order” so I would not get this stuff sent to me on the regular. So I log into my account on their site, and sure enough, they hv me scheduled for a re-occurring delivery next month. On the option to cancel the subscription, when you click it, it gives a pop-up that says, “please wait 16 days after your product arrives, to try, before canceling” and it won’t allow you to cancel. This is absolutely ridicules, should be illegal and likely is. Based on this, even if I like the product, their shady business practices just lost my business.

Five stars!! Love, love! I have stopped drinking coffee; I am much calmer, my skin has improved, and my bloat is reduced. It is delicious, and I love how it froths up like a cappuccino; the beautiful frother I received is impressive- no batteries, chargeable, with cover, and super powerful- that made the trial worth it! You have nothing to lose but only gain!

I decided to try this out because of all the benefits it claimed it provided. I dosed twice a day for about two months and I’m a customer for life. It has helped tremendously! The taste is AMAZING, I add agave and almond milk, froth it up, add ice and my morning starts. It really does curb my appetite because I’m not snacking as much and I’m full for most of my morning and mid lunch. I’m Focused and have lots of clarity throughout the day and no crash at all! I love love love this coffee!! I see so many reviews just based solely on their customer service but I made sure to read everything and made sure the price point fit in the budget if I did like.

If I could rate this company -5 I would. This is more like a scam than anything else. But you be the judge of my experience. I originally wanted to try the product because of all the benefits it claims it has. But after trying it, I did not feel any difference and the flavor is horrendous. I wasn’t too upset because I got a promo deal, so no harm no foul…Right, that was the first of many problems with this company. What I didn’t realize, I signed up for a subscription so they hit my account for 36$ because I did not read the fine print. Yes, yes, yes totally my fault. I immediately went into canceling, and I could not find a phone number. You want to get a hold of someone you have to email., yep that’s right so I emailed. They said they couldn’t refund because the product already shipped. Go figure, that very same day they shipped the product…Right! At this point I’m thinking, well, they got me but still I wasn’t too upset because they said as soon as I get it I can send back. Plus on the website they stated “ 100% RISK-FREE* We offer a 45 day return policy... that's how much we know you'll love it!“ So okay, I waited 6 days to receive the product. I think 6 days to receive something from Texas is ridiculous but I waited. As soon as I received it I emailed. Here is what they wrote back: Hi Dafne here, I am happy to assist you today. In order to get a full refund you will need to return the bag unopened along with the gifts you received in that order (if you received any) to the following address: (You can only return an order up to 45 days after this order was placed). You put 100% refund but your dupe people into a subscription, we have to pay to send the product back and then what…hope and pray you get a refund back? This is no way to do business. There was no satisfaction nor was this 100% risk free. It’s all lies. The product, the advertising and the customer service.

This product did not do as promised and when I contacted them for a return they would gladly return for a shipping fee that was almost as much as the product. The product actually made me physically sick. I would definitely recommend Ryze over Everyday Dose 100%

I was considering trying Everyday Dose so I created an account on their website. I received a marketing email on 3/12 that contained: “Price: $27 The price just went down! Get 10% off right now by clicking below, and the code will be applied.” But when I clicked the button, the price in my cart was still $27 and no code was applied. So I replied to the email later that same day asking how to get the 10% code and this is the reply I got from Luana: “I want to assure you that the extra 10% discount has already been applied to your order. The total amount displayed in your cart, including the discount, should reflect the reduced price of $27.” So I replied again still on 3/12 with a screenshot of the email showing how it contained both the $27 price and then the next line being for the 10% code and said that I felt their email was very misleading if there wasn’t actually any discount code beyond the exact price that was indicated in the email. The reply from Luana on 3/14 said: “The actual price of our starter kit is $30, and you are already receiving a discounted rate of $27, which reflects a 10% discount applied automatically. There's no need for a code as the discount is already factored into the price.” After this reply I went back to the website and saw that it showed regular price of $36 and a 25% off special taking the price down to $27 so I sent a screenshot of that on 3/15 since it didn’t align with her statement of $30 regular price and 10% off special. To which Luana said on 3/19: “Unfortunately, the email you've shared, offering a 10% discount, is quite outdated. Currently, we're actually offering a 25% discount instead. The original price of the item is $36, and with the applied 25% discount, it now stands at $27. Although the 10% discount is no longer valid, rest assured, you're actually benefiting from a larger discount with the current offer.” Now the responses are making even less sense, since I replied to the “outdated” email on the very same day and in a matter of 5 days the product changed standard price from $30 to $36 and magically the discount increased in parallel to end at the same fake special price. At this point it seems to me that they’re practicing deceptive pricing which is actually illegal. And not sure how exactly I would be “benefiting from a larger discount” when the final price is still the same. I pointed out these things on 3/19 and the reply was apologies and nonsense, and: “In this case, the offer you mentioned was available for a limited time, and unfortunately, it ended before we could process your request.” Interesting considering I replied to the email on the very same day. Are they using AI to do their customer service or does someone actually think any of this makes sense?

Everyday dose is taking money out of my account every month and sending me a monthly subscription. I have tried to stop subscription and they are not picking up the phone. I’m not able to get in contact with them.

How it started: I was bombarded with ads on Instagram about RYZe and Everyday Dose, so I decided to try both. A friend of mine had good things to say about RYZE so I figured why not. The Ryze order never got to me, the everyday dose order got to me in a week. I tried to contact RYZe and got no answer. I emailed and asked for them to cancel my subscription, even with that they billed me for the next month. I emailed again and asked for a refund of they answered stating they could not refund me. Since I had finally gotten in contact with them, I asked them to cancel my subscription. Finally it was done, so I continue my journey with every day dose. I’ve been using their product for six months now the taste is not bad at all. I am not a coffee lover, so I mix it with creamer, with creamer It is delicious. I use Italian cream and my kids want to steal it from me. I do get a nice energy boost, and mood boost. Love that! In my opinion, I don’t like that I have to go to the restroom two hours or so after drinking it and it feels more like a laxative versus a product that supports gut health. I have friends that use the product and don’t have the same outcome. So it’s prob my messed up gut trying to get better. For me, it also keeps me full almost all day. I don’t get hungry and I don’t want to eat. I don’t mind that sometimes and I’m not saying it is a pro or a con. It depends on the person I just thought I’d share. Overall, I like this product I don’t have anything to compare it to since RYZE never got their product to me, and since I liked E.D I didn’t bother to try anything else. On a subscription, I always have coffee because they send it at a good pace, and I also have the option to speed up my delivery. The gifts are cute and make it a little exciting when opening the package. the gifts are all good quality. the customer service has been amazing, i email and get a response by the next day or before. I do agree with some of the other reviews. The package is small and usually doesn’t last a month. It’s about $25 a bag, If you have a subscription. I don’t mind paying that because it taste good, and I like how it elevates my mood and energy. Good luck on your mushroom coffee journey!

Dont waste your money. Tried the product for almost 2 months, even doubling up on it. They claim all these benefits… it did none of them for me. The have a “no questions asked 45 day money back guarantee” They purposely send you all of these gifts so that when you want to return the product, you have to return all of the gifts. The problem with this is that shipping is almost as much as the product. Not a customer minded company.

Terrible if you want to return it. Then you pay for the return. Impossible to cancel as no one returns your emails. Also, inaccurate and promotes false information against their competitors. I cannot support that kind of company.

I've been a coffee drinker for most of life and love my morning cup. I had read about the benefits of mushroom coffee (hoping they would help with my menopause issues) and decided to try so I subscribed to Ryze. It tasted okay but smelled terrible! I could not get passed the awful smell when I took a sip. I immediately cancelled my subscription and went back to regular coffee until a friend mentioned Every Day Dose I decided to give mushroom coffee another try. WOW!! Every Day Dose is delicious!! It's been over a month and I’m still in love with it and feel great!!

This product is delicious and effective, especially when paired with honey sugar or cream/milk. However, there are a few downsides to consider. The value isn't great, as I finished the bag before 30 days when using the scoop they provided. Additionally, shipping can take over a week, which may have been acceptable in the past but could be improved by today's standards.

It didn’t taste good AT ALL. I had to add flavored creamer to make it even decent. I made sure that I was NOT on a subscription and they confirmed via email that I would not be charged again, then they charged me again and shipped the product and won’t communicate with me and refund me! I would NOT recommend EveryDay Dose based purely on how sucky the taste was, but coupled with the terrible customer service, I would run from this product. I’d recommend MudWtr based on taste if you’re looking for a coffee replacement.

Drinking coffee every day made me very anxious. I tried various coffee substitutes but they all tasted like crap to me. When I saw an advertisement for everyday dose I was super excited to try it because I love mushrooms. Everything about this product has been amazing for my brain, skin, my anxiety and overall well being. Everything except my pocketbook as it is a bit pricey but at the same time I would buy drinks from Starbucks without batting an eye that cost way more than this on the daily. Once the initial sticker shock was over, I realized that it had lots of benefits in my life. Friends and family noticed and asked what I was doing and I told him that I was dosing ( insert laughs and titters here) but not that kind of dosing mom! I've had many friends try some and then start ordering it on their own. I've had no issue with customer service. They've been on top of everything and I have enjoyed everything about this company. I have been doing everyday dose for almost 18 months and I still enjoy it and still recommend it.

I feel like all the negative reviews didn’t really give the product a chance to work. I was an avid coffee drinker that only drink coffee from the finest coffee roasters, and only enjoyed pour overs or cold brew. You could say I was a coffee snob. Once I started drinking every day, it only took me about two weeks before I no longer wanted to drink coffee. I now drink about 2 cups of dose a day. It has changed the game for me. my clarity and focus is much better and I feel like my gut health is also. Overall, I just feel better and I never have the coffee jitters. I can’t recommend every day dose enough.

This company has the worst customer service. They are unprofessional and have NO customer service. I don’t recommend working with this company. TRY RYZE they care about customers.
