I accidentally had my order shipped to my old address, and unfortunately, I wasn't able to retrieve it. I reached out to the customer service team, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded—within the same day! Gabriel was especially helpful and assured me that they would reship my order to my new address. I’m really grateful for such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Everyday Dose!

Great taste! Noticed being calmer and more focused on day 1. Getting kids and myself out the door in the AM was often a struggle and me yelling, now I handle myself in a calmer manner and no more cranky mom and happy kids in the morning

I moved and tried go change my address immediately after noticing my package was going to go to the wrong house. Customer service immediately attempted to correct the order, when the order was not able to be switched, they sent me another order to my new address! Customer service was very quick to respond and easy to work with via email!

I decided to take the leap and buy everyday dose about 3 months ago and I'm so glad that I did! I feel so much better after starting it and stopping regular coffee. It gives me the energy I need. I drink the bowl plus because I need that little extra bit of caffeine. I love that you can choose between that and a lower dose. And it is so simple to make delicious iced or hot coffees with this product. It's the best part of my morning I love waking up and making my dose. Also I have never had such great customer service in my entire life! I made a mistake and accidentally purchased something and they fixed it but not only did they fix it they also discounted me! How nice of them to do that I'll never forget my customer service Representatives name was Leonardo and he was the best! I don’t usually write long reviews, but Everyday Dose truly deserves all the praise. Recently, I went through an incredibly frustrating and violating experience—multiple packages, including personal mail and even a check, were stolen by our USPS carrier and fraudulently deposited into someone else’s account. Among the stolen items was a highly anticipated shipment from Everyday Dose that included two Bold coffee bags and a special anniversary surprise tote bag. This coffee isn’t just a casual beverage for me—it’s a vital part of my morning wellness routine. I had even increased my subscription from one to two bags so I wouldn’t run out. When everything was stolen, I was devastated. To make things worse, other companies we ordered from offered no help at all. My daughter had her packages stolen too—clothing and vitamins she paid for herself—and the companies essentially told her, “It’s not our problem.” But not Everyday Dose. They went above and beyond in a way that truly restored my faith in what customer service should be. They didn’t just replace the stolen items—they sent the replacement via a non-USPS carrier, included extra single-serve packs to lift my spirits, and resent the missing tote bag too. On top of that, their communication was heartfelt, compassionate, and incredibly thoughtful. They even paused my subscription for me until I felt safe receiving mail again. Now that my mailbox is secure and my mail is being delivered normally again (thanks to reports I filed with USPS and the police), I’ve resumed my subscription without hesitation. Everyday Dose has earned a customer for life. I’ve already been spreading the word to friends and family because this product is not only amazing for your health, it’s backed by a team that truly cares. If you’re thinking about trying this, don’t wait. The product is amazing, but the people behind it are even better.

The customer service with Everyday Dose is beyond ones expectations! First off I love the product for its great taste and the quality of its ingredients stand up to what it is! Focus, energy and gut health plus do much more! I have a subscription for Everyday Dose and I was sent an offer for a discount to add the prebiotic creamer. I added it, but my card on file needed updated and therefore I lost the discount add on. I emailed them to explain and e they were so fast to respond with a reply to me saying that they would be able to add it to my next order with that discount because my order had as ready shipped. My point is thank you for being there and still honoring me the offer! #lovemyEverydayDose ♥️

It's pretty good tasting, if you like the taste of coffee. I expected more of an earthy flavor but it's not that bad. I had a package arrive opened, I sent them a quick email telling them what was missing and not even 30 minutes later they had another one done and ready to ship out for me. Hands down one of the best customer service from a company I've ever dealt with when having an issue.

The taste of mushroom coffee is wonderful. I add a little Stevie fir sweetness and almond French vanilla non dairy creamer. I love it

I can't recommend this enough! For years I've struggled with insomnia and I'm not one drawn to most medications. 2-3 fractured hours of sleep was impacting my health in huge ways and even my mental health equally as much. Large amounts of caffeine just made anxiety skyrocket and frankly, I've been admitted to a hospital a time or two because of it. Alcohol seemed to be the only way to turn my brain off at night and with that came a host of additional troubles. Booze had to go eventually but literally nothing could help me sleep and focus. Desperate, I ordered my first supply of this and have drank it daily for about two months. Oddly, despite having some caffeine, I drink it at night instead of wine and sleep like a baby, and with my new 1am work schedule, sleep has become even more crucial. So from me to the family at Everyday, thank you. This isn't a scam or potion. It has been a legitimate game-changer. PS their customer service is unbelievably prompt, kind and proficient.

EDD is a great quality mushroom coffee that doesn't taste like dirt. i drink mine with lactose-free milk or some other healthy creamer. it's true the first few days of EDD didn't feel any jitters or stomach pain, no chest palpitations that I confuse for heart pain. None of that. However I stopped drinking it because I have chronic GERDS. my reflux is always on evil mode. Even though i was only using one scoop. gerds has truly hindered me in many ways, but I digress. i reached out to the EDD Fam, and is asked them if they can change my membership to the EDD MATCHA. the matcha subscription is only $4 more. without having to restart my subscription, they without hesitation fixed it all up for me and I'm super thankul. their matcha is high quality and it doesn't aggravate my GERDS. if it wasn't for my extremely sensitive reflux id stick to EDD cafe. i am so thankful for the free gifts. they aren't cheap and extremely useful. as far as my cafe I guess il just stick to the organic swiss water method cafe. if you have auto immune diseases like me everything you eat and drink matters. i have fibromyalgia aswell and its not pleasant at all. now I don't want to discourage any one with GERDS. EDD has a very low amount of caffeine. each GERD patient is different. so do what I did try it and pay attention to your reflux. there are many people with GERD who tolerate it and I am happy for them. hopefully EED comes out with a decaf mushroom cafe with all the same added collagen and l-theaeane and all that other good stuff. by the way the matcha is super smooth. it has a nice well balanced creamy taste .

I absolutely love this company. I have completely stopped drinking regular coffee. I had to switch to decaf a few years ago, and was a little worried at first to try every day dose, but it doesn't make my heart race or make me feel jittery. I recently had an order arrive that the product was removed from the packaging ( damaged from shipping) . I emailed the company about it, and they quickly resent me my order. Customer service is awesome!

I tried doze a couple times before because my dads wife has been drinking it for like 4 months I believe, so anyways i thought it was good , but then when i had to house sit for 4 days i figured ill have a cup each morning i come by and i had so much energy and more focus an i overall felt good it definitely was helping my stomach as well but i wont give out all those details. I personally got hooked after those 4 days and i am now getting a monthly subscription. I feel like it was also helpful for my dark eyes i just had a baby so my eyes an energy level is up and down . But i like doze just try it for a week atleast . They also have great customer service and speedy support! I appreciate the lady that just helped me with my subscription questions

I'm a newbie to mushroom coffee, like just into my second week. However I do feel overall better, my energy is sustainable throughout the day and I don't feel like garbage like after a cup of joe. I have a physical job and usually after work all I want to do is shower and crawl into bed. I honestly have not felt like that in 2 weeks!!. I feel like I get more done in a day. I also don't feel bloated after everytime I eat now. I don't know what it's doing but this EDD is doing something haha. I'm absolutely in love with this product so far. I will continue to purchase this and highly recommend for anyone looking for a coffee alternative that is healthier. Thank you EDD!! 💕

I have been using Everyday Dose for 2 years now. It is BY FAR the best mushroom coffee product on the market right now, the closest thing to real coffee taste. My 15yo daughter and I both love dose, and have seen major improvements in our mental health as well as gut health with use. I have had the matcha as well and my daughter loves it, I am just not a matcha fan I guess. I feel an obvious difference when I have Dose vs. any other coffee, no stomach problems, no energy crash and I feel awake mentally not just physically. Also, their customer service is extremely helpful, prompt and courteous.

I reached out through the app’s help chat because I changed my mind about using my mushies points, and they emailed me back within a few minutes! They went above and beyond to help me and restored my points! This was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!
