customer service is a 10/10. i’m HUGE on customer service because it’s rare you get great service anymore. the coffee wasn’t for me, i’m not a coffee person. the matcha though 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 my god the flavor is amazing. i mix mine with oat milk. results, i feel great and can we talk about my hair!! my hair has grown so much and fast since i’ve been drinking this. i’m a huge drink person like it takes 4 min. drinks to get through my day. i love drinking my matcha from every day dose. i tried. a few other brands and it just wasn’t for me. last let’s talk about the awesome freebies you get on every order. really awesome.

Not only has this product helped my mental clarity and gut issues. But, I have never had customer service like this. Any questions or concerns are answered by a real person so quickly. No automated system or waiting!!

I've tried other brands who boast similar benefits, and have not enjoyed them. But Everyday Dose far exceeds them in flavor and texture. I enjoy having a cup of coffee again now that I have Everyday Dose!

Everyday dose product and Customer Service is the BEST!!! My son is the one who drinks Everyday Dose Coffee. I have tried for years to get him to stop drinking the Keurig Coffee and he finally agreed to try Everyday dose and he LOVES it!!! We have had a few ordering issues (some my fault and some Everyday Dose mishap) and every time I have reached out to their Customer Service they have gone above and beyond to correct the situation quickly! Truly one of the best online companies I have interacted with!!!

I love Everyday Dose coffee. When you're looking for an alternative coffee this is it. Its smooth and good cold or hot. I dont go a day without my EDD. The customer service is really good as well. They dont take days to get back with you, they get right back you are not talking to a robot you are speaking with a real person and I love that. I had an issue with my frother sent a message, they sent me a new one with my order and unfortunately that one was broken or warped as well. Sent a video and what happened I will be receiving a new one with my upcoming order. Dose was so apologetic about the problem but always willing to correct the issue. This is a company you want to do business with one who appreciate you doing business with them.

Their mushroom coffee is absolutely amazing — it’s become part of my daily routine, and I genuinely look forward to it every morning. But what really impressed me recently was their outstanding customer service. The frother they provided as a free gift with my subscription stopped working, so I reached out to ask how I could purchase a replacement. Not only did they respond quickly, but they were also incredibly friendly and helpful — and to my surprise, they told me they would include a brand new frother for free in my next order! In a world where great customer service feels rare, Everyday Dose continues to go above and beyond. Not only do I love their products but their customer service is top notch! Super quick to respond and incredibly helpful! I didn’t get my free gift last month and when I reached out, they quickly made it right just like I knew they would. Love this company!

Everyday Dose is the best mushroom coffee I’ve tried—not just for the taste, but for how it makes me feel. I’m calmer, I sleep better, and I get a natural boost without the jitters of regular coffee.

I’ve been using Everyday dose daily in my protein shake for about 6 months. The benefits of these ingredients are definitely worth the cost. I do feel more focused without feeling jittery from the caffeine. I would highly recommend this product. They have great customer service.

I hate waking up and I love coffee. Sometimes the only thing getting me up is thinking about my cup of Everyday dose coffee and coconut creamer. It’s so delicious and creamy. The taste alone is enough but to know I’m giving my body nutrients and micronutrients, mushrooms and collagen is amazing. All in a delicious cup of Everyday dose.

It's really rare to find a product I want to tell other people about, but I talk about Everyday Dose all the time. It really delivers on it's promises and it tastes great. The travel cup they give you is elite and people expect to see me with it now. I drink it cold every day.

I’ve been drinking Everyday Dose since March 2024. I absolutely love it. I struggle with ADHD and anxiety. ED is perfect for me. Two cups every morning help me energize and focus. My mental health has improved. My nails are growing like weeds! I recently had a mishap changing addresses. I reached out to ED, and received a reply hours later from Gabriel. She’s a keeper and they are lucky to employ her. She resolved my issue immediately. I definitely recommend this product. It tastes delicious and is good for my mind, body and soul!

I am a big fan of Everyday Dose! Not only the product but who they are as a brand. Just had the best experience from a small thing that went wrong with my order. I have a monthly subscription set up to receive the bold coffee+ and this month they sent me the regular coffee+. I wrote an email to customer service and my ticket was sent to someone right away. On the ticket I added more detail to flag that it wasn’t an issue for me and I was not requesting a replacement or wanting to ship it back. It was more so to inform them so my next monthly order has the right product. Nadya handled my ticket and was fantastic through and through. She explained that it was a mistake on their end and appreciated the extra detail I provided. She assured me that this is not something that is common and they will ensure that this does not reoccur. Then proceeded to not only process a replacement but also added a discount for my next shipment. This is true value of a customer and I’m very grateful!

My husband and I love this coffee! We don’t have any bloating from it and it makes us feel better than traditional coffee. Customer service is amazing!!

I tried several brands of mushroom coffee…and did not like them. Then I tried Everyday Doze. It’s different and I look forward to it each morning after my workout.
