I am a big fan of Everyday Dose! Not only the product but who they are as a brand. Just had the best experience from a small thing that went wrong with my order. I have a monthly subscription set up to receive the bold coffee+ and this month they sent me the regular coffee+. I wrote an email to customer service and my ticket was sent to someone right away. On the ticket I added more detail to flag that it wasn’t an issue for me and I was not requesting a replacement or wanting to ship it back. It was more so to inform them so my next monthly order has the right product. Nadya handled my ticket and was fantastic through and through. She explained that it was a mistake on their end and appreciated the extra detail I provided. She assured me that this is not something that is common and they will ensure that this does not reoccur. Then proceeded to not only process a replacement but also added a discount for my next shipment. This is true value of a customer and I’m very grateful!

My husband and I love this coffee! We don’t have any bloating from it and it makes us feel better than traditional coffee. Customer service is amazing!!

There is something magical about this brand where they promote wellness and their team is a direct embodiment of their mission. Any issues or questions that I have are dealt with by some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking to. The products speak for themselves but the customer service and happiness team really speak volumes about how this company takes care of their customers. I am always met with kindness and patience and they are very quick to rectify any situation. I've told all my friends about how much I love this company and especially interacting with their team!

First off I love the mushroom coffee! It truly helps my nervous system when I drink it. Second off- the customer service is top notch! Always friendly, quick to respond, and they go above and beyond!

I tried several brands of mushroom coffee…and did not like them. Then I tried Everyday Doze. It’s different and I look forward to it each morning after my workout. Recently, there was a mishap with shipping. The customer service rep,Matheus, was quick to address the issue and solved the problem. He also kept me informed along the way. It was so nice to deal with a real human and receive top notch customer service.

I have subscribed to every day dose since last November. It took a little time on my part to figure out exactly when I needed my next order to be shipped so I wouldn't run out, but the people at dose are always accommodating and changing the shipping date my most recent order got lost! Tracking showed it was at the post office near my house(in Missouri) and then the next update instead of showing out for delivery showed it was in Arizona! I contacted every day dose and they very kindly replaced my order at no charge. The tracking number showed the original order of dose had been delivered several days later, but I did not have it yet. About a week after that, my neighbor brought it over to me. It had accidentally been put in his mailbox. I contacted Customer Service to tell them that my original order had finally been delivered, and to go ahead and charge My Account for the replacement order. This is where the customer service really excels – they told me no, they were not going to charge my account that I should keep the original to make up for the inconvenience – even though the inconvenience was not their fault! Excellent coffee and excellent customer service!!

Excellent customer service! Recently had our order get lost in transit and not show up. Contacted Everyday Dose and they quickly got another order shipped out as a replacement. Their response was quick, kind and a courteous.

I have been taking everyday dose coffee for almost a month now and I love it and it is the most excellent coffee to drink with no after taste!! Woohoo 🎉 I do use it ice cold just adding ice and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. It's sooo good, I have never been a coffee drinker but when I saw this online there was something I knew that would help me focus better which it does and it gives me a lot of energy and it does not make me hungry. I just had two scoops to cold water use the frother that they give you so convenient it is so easy I definitely recommend this product and the company is wonderful and so is the customer service! Hi, my name is Frank and I’m pretty new to the everyday dose experience. I have enjoyed the product. It has benefited me and a lot of different ways. My health has been poor due to an accident that happened years ago and I have struggled with a lot of issues and introduced every day to dose into my life Has been a life changer to my benefit. I’m finally in charge and gaining on the ultimate goal which is good health I have struggled through the years to maintain my weight, my blood pressure and diabetes and now finally I have found something to help me get through this which is every day doserecently, my order got mixed up, and I got discouraged They had a mixup and I was sent the wrong product while they reached out to me and replace my product and offered some more perks as an apology nowadays, are people who suppliers with our goods don’t care about customers or customer satisfaction every day dose as made me feel like I’m appreciated and my business is valued no matter how small the product Thank you for your great customer service and your life-changing product. Thank you.

I love their customer service. I had an address issue and they responded within min of the email I sent and had it fixed within a half hour. I was amazed at the level of service I got.

I have hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s disease, and Type 2 diabetes and I have been struggling with inflammation pain and fatigue for over 5 years. This coffee has given me such great hope!! Thank you so much the taste is amazing and I wake up refreshed every morning! My sleep is better my focus at work has increased 100%! I have told all my friends and family to get this ASAP!!

It is now a part of my morning routine! I cannot go a day without it! Sometimes I even make a drink in the afternoon over ice for a treat. When the company sent out a father's Day deal, I told them to pass it on to someone else because my dad recently passed away so I wanted someone to enjoy the product and love their dad a bit more. Matheus sent me a beautiful message about my dad's passing and wished my mom and I well (made my day and yes, I sobbed!) Not only that the product is delicious! Their staff is amazing and patient with some adorable wit! How can I leave out the PACKAGING!!! The prettiest glitter and iridescent foil! my favorite of it all! I will continue my subscription to keep them in my daily routine for days to come! I am also a medical student! so my brain definitely appreciates the extra OMPH!! OMGOODNESS! that’s right nothing but wholesome, healthy goodness! To leave Coffee behind me and try something that was better for my body cognition and health was definitely a transition however, after the 1st cup, I was hooked! The personalized customer service is off the charts. The staff were very relatable and helpful.

This coffee is absolutely delicious and sooo easy to prepare! It’s invigorating and tasty. I look forward to going to bed knowing what I’ll be waking up to …my next cup 🍄 ! The customer support staff is incredible, helful, friendly and amazing to work with.

So good, coffee has a subtle chocolate flavor! Also, the best part: nooo coffee jitters. The customer service is phenomenally awesome! Gotta try this coffee and the matcha.

So I ordered the everyday dose and first thoughts are it tastes amazing and I had a solid steady boost of energy. I like the consistent flow of clarity and focus. That’s literally my first cup of this. I had a delivery issues which I don’t usually have and the customer service reps are phenomenal. I recommend this company based of product quality and service quality. Love!!
