I would say the product itself is OK if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to coffee. 
That being said do not get in bed with these folks. It’s not worth the headache, hassle and disappointment, of dealing with their lack of customer service. I do business with people I like, trust and or respect. I can say I no longer like, trust or respect this product or company.
