I am very frustrated with this company. The product didn't work at all for me. But to make matters worse, they took money out of my account twice without my consent. I'm still trying to cancel it and they just aren't cooperating. It's insanely aggravating. I'd advise everyone to stay away from this company. There are much cheaper and more natural ways to balance your hormones.

I’m incredibly annoyed with this company for taking my money when I asked to cancel my subscription not once but twice! Instead of canceling it when I asked they sent me emails to get me to stay. Asking my questions when I simply asked to cancel my order/subscription. Hana an Elix rep told me that my subscription renews March 6th. I went back into my emails realizing that she never canceled my subscription after I answered her questions to why I wanted to cancel (2nd attempt by me to cancel). I was then forced to go into a link to “officially” cancel and by the time it was March 5th and apparently I was too late for it was after hours. I find this situation to be absolutely ridiculous and I’m very unhappy.

First off, doesn't work after 4 months of use. Second, they make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. I got charged for a whole other 3months without warning and they refuse to refund. When I realized it was a subscription I tried to cancel and they kept procrastinating with my cancellation until it was time for the next order to ship (which then they told me it was too late to cancel). I was able to ultimately get the subscription canceled thru PayPal. Don't waste you time or money. I'm stuck with 3 months of expensive snake oil.

The subscription page makes it look like you can just cancel there but you can't. You have to email where someone will try to convince you to stay and then an email from someone else giving you the form. It's tacky business. The product itself is meh. I think it works for some but not others, but you wouldn't know because they aren't honest with posting their reviews. My review was never put up. There's plenty of supplements out there to try. DIM worked better for me.

I am a huge fan of herbs and this has not disappointed. My cycle was irregular each month with very bad cramps on day 1. I have only been taking it for about 2 months (headed into my third month), and my cycle has come at almost the exact same time the last two months. My PMDD symptoms and cramps on day one also seem to be improving. Looking forward to continue!

Please please do not buy this product. I got this for a few reasons, painful periods and I was trying to get pregnant. This gave me excruciating, painful migraines. I felt sick and I dizzy the whole time. I was told by the company that I was going through a detox, I am extremely healthy person, I eat very well and exercise every day. So I knew this was a lie. I asked for a refund as they kept sending me bottles. They told me they will not give me a refund. I had to dispute everything through my credit card. Since being off l, everything Has been 10 times worse. Like they make it so you can’t get iff…. My priory’s are over a week late and I’m barely getting them which is leading me to believe it has forced me into pre-menopause. .

This company makes it really difficult to cancel subscriptions and refuses to send reminder emails before your subscription renews. Canceling your subscription requires emailing and then filling out a survey, making what should be a 15 second task require multiple back and forths. I regret doing business with them.
