The only reason I am leaving this review now is that their incompetent CS keeps emailing my elderly mother asking for a review after they denied a refund for these cheap boards they were marketing as toppers back in 12/23. I hope this saves someone from losing money and injuring their back or hips. Do not order from this company! They have terrible reviews on other review sites for a reason. They are fraud, their products are horrible, and their customer service is awful. I wish I had done more research before ordering. The mattress toppers are hard and bulky. I got scammed and couldn't get even a partial refund. I can't even sell this terrible product on the FB marketplace. Save your back and hips. You would be better off sleeping on the floor or the street than ordering these toppers.
