Got the weighted sleep mask. It took me a week or two to adjust sleeping with the mask on. The eye rest blocks light very well. Whether the weight actually promotes relaxation is hard to tell. 80% of the time the sleep mask stays on the entire night. When I move a lot, however, it sometimes slips off.
When I move a lot during the night, the straps make wearing the mask uncomfortable. I'd think two straps would be better in distributing the weight/pressure, and making sure the mask stays on during sleep.
