This new website out of China is offering lots of amazing products at seemingly good prices with good discounts. My husband saw an advert for a back support pillow and thought it would be perfect for me as I have a back injury. He placed the order with several "discounts" applied for 2 of the item. Immediately after he started getting amazon ads for the same product/seller at a fraction of the cost. He returned to the website to cancel the order only to find no function to cancel or amend the order, just an email address. We emailed requesting the items were cancelled. 2 days later somebody came back to us saying it was "impossible" to cancel and to please "trust" our initial purchase, not making a single mention of the triple cost price hike they were charging. We have since contacted PayPal but will likely have to go through a lengthy, multi-month long process to get our money back which will most likely include having to pay for re-shipping to China, If the products arrive, that is. Very unhelpful "customer service" scam prices and a lot of hassle. See the attached email chain for proof. Do not make the same mistake we did, do not use this company.

I would not buy from this company. The quality of their products are terrible. I tried to return a $40 item because of the quality. They refused to return because I couldn’t make a video of my disappointment in the quality. After many emails back and forth they gave me a $9 refund. Worst customer service ever!!!! The product I bought was the peek a boo teddy bear
