They have great customer service. The hoodies are soft and depending on how you want your fit is what size you want to choose.

I filed a formal complaint with the BBB (my pre-order was in July for my 10/4/2024 ship date). 11/6/2024 I got very suspicious when a new ship date hadn't been received. That's when I realized that my emails from the company (ads to sell me more) fell completely off once they sent the 10/4/2024 notice that they wouldn't be shipped on time "due to unfortunate circumstances." Once I complained about not having a new ship date after > 30 days, they offered me 4 options, none included refund. Once I filed the complaint with the BBB - suddenly they were agreeable to sending me a refund and it was received it in about 7 days. I also notified the attorney general shortly after the BBB complaint. I went back to file a review with the BBB. The world must know about this terrible company. From now on I will look at the 1 star reviews (they're horrible for the pre-orders and the bank is no help since the sale is more than 60 days by the time you realize you've been had). Not BBB Accredited is another bad sign... and their F rating sealed the deal. Good luck.

My preorder date was 11/5 to. They copying the same respond sending it to me in an email saying it'll ship a few days after the preorder date. I wasn't aware their preorders we so terrible bc I have 3 more that are supposed to ship 12/4 and 1/8.

I pre-ordered in September still no updates we have been scammed

I am still awaiting an order that was supposed to ship 10/04. They finally responded to my email and claim they will ship by 12/01. I am not holding my breath.

I gave up on that - also a pre-order for ship on 10/4/2024. I complained when - by 11/6/2024 they hadn't sent me a new ship date. I now have my money back after filing a formal complaint with the BBB.
