I’m going to edit after buying a few more sets. And be sure to only read from actual customers if you want the truth & not their Ambassadors or “friends with Comfrt”- why would they DARE tell the truth? Of course they are going to say positive only. Probably ambassadors under the guise as a customers in here too. There’s an ex ambassador who commented on my post who is no longer… read her comment as well. Let’s be transparent. I see only 5 star reviews on the site. Impossible. A bit overrated & I do see them going downhill fast if they don’t change a few things & quick! My son wanted a set so I went ahead & bought him one & at the end of the order they asked if I wanted to buy another hoodie for $38 + tax. I ordered it for him because he wanted it for the colder weather. It ended up being an XS! I quickly sent them an email to rectify this purchase. I ordered him large. They responded fast. They told me no, I can’t change the size. I was shocked because I emailed them immediately & was happy that they replied so fast! Nope. They said no. I responded quickly & they said no. Then quickly created a shipping label & locked me in with an extra small for a 30 year old man who benches 250. Unreal! They did that on purpose because they probably don’t sell a ton of XS & they probably wanted to move them out fast. I had just ordered large so why send XS? That’s the only reason I can think of. So he received the XS when they totally could have fixed it before shipping. Never dealt with such rude people in my life! Plus, I’ve ordered maybe 5 times from them with several sets & they have always taken quite awhile to ship. Not this time. The XS arrived faster than any set I’ve ordered or preordered. Keep in mind, I’ve purchased 5 sets now. First, they are not “buttery soft”, but they are comfy. That saying is overused. Second, some have stitched lettering & the 5 that I’ve purchased look like stickers were slapped on for the lettering that will crumble off eventually in the dryer. When I mentioned this to a woman selling them on TikTok, who had the stitched lettering, they blocked me from commenting even though I did also compliment them too. I merely wanted to know why she had on the exact set that I have, but she had stitching. Blocking for asking a genuine question is hiding things because I was super polite about it. I assumed maybe it was new. But she blocked me. Or her admin did. 3rd, they don’t stay soft inside like when you first buy them as they claim on Facebook or TikTok ads. First wash & they are no longer ‘super soft’ inside anymore. They just aren’t going to do that. I expected that but don’t lie about it. After washing one of my first sets that I bought in Feb- the bottoms faded & no longer match the top. At all. Two separate colors of grey & it is extremely obvious. That’s enough. I have not washed them a hundred times, but even had I- they say in ads that they live in them & they look new after washing. Don’t get black even if you have a black pet- the hair clings to this material & it looks absolutely crazy! I just bought 3 black sets & went outside & I was covered in visible fur. After washing- they are covered in link balls. They look cheap. I sized up on these hoodies- they ride up. Drivers me nuts! Especially the travel hoodie. That was the one that I wanted the most & it’s an absolute disappointment. So covered in hair & white lint- they look awful. It is a material that fur & whatever clings to! I used tape to get it off & that didn’t completely work, even after washing & drying. If I could change anything about these, it would be the sticker appearance in the lettering changed to the stitched for ALL Comfrt sets. They’d look much better. They also do pill a bit around the sleeves. I don’t care about that- but they insist that they don’t pill. They are a nice weight & perfect for a trip to the Dr or Er. Don’t pay full price- not worth it . Wait until they are on sale. If you must try, might as well wait until sales. They aren’t the hype 100%. They are okay. But $60-100 a set is just too much for something that is a fad that will soon end. And no, I have not seen one celebrity wearing these that have the Comfrt logo. Other brands make hoodie sets too. I’ve seen some bad discussions about Comfrt on Reddit. Also about not getting their orders or preorders on time so hoping that I won’t run into that problem myself. {I did get mine since this review. I was so excited but they are a pain & pet hair catchers! } I really want to be honest when I review. The lettering might sound petty, but when you see the EXACT set that you own with stitched lettering & it looks so much nicer in the ads, you have to wonder why you didn’t get the same? They look so much better. I think the ladies & gents online should be 100% honest & not give false information in their reviews because it will tick people off. I deal with customers & I know that they can be picky or want exactly what they see. I’m the same, So I am transparent! I expect to get what’s being advertised to me. Just be transparent. Hopefully Comfrt will get the stitching on all! I love the pastels- hope the colors don’t change on me. They also seem to fit better than my other sets. I would recommend if you like a casual, leisure, set, some sets are more worth the money when they are on sale or presale. Don’t pay full price for something that’s going to peel. Collect hair & fur… pill, & fade fast… slightly fit… one medium is big & one is slightly shorter. I believe they shrunk also. Washed them one time & they started to pull up. Take it from those who have paid for these. Just read the comments from one of their past ambassadors below my review. Not a happy camper & she would know… her comment is worth reading. I’d like to see who they donate to as well. That’s the one thing that I really like about them if they truly donate. The two pictures that I added that are “grey” are the same set after 4-5 washes. One looks good & the other is a side by side faded set. They no longer match & it truly looks ridiculous! So that will show you exactly how they discolor after 4-5 washes. Ridiculous hype that I was sucked into.

Wish I would have read this before. I already ordered and have been scared since. I believed I ordered the wrong items

I seriously hope you love your order. They hide the negative reviews until we stumble upon places like this. I am so angry that they sent a XS AFTER I told them. They were so quick to tell me too late before shipping

Thanks for your honesty. I don't need the sweatshirt that badly. You convinced me to move on with my day.

Definitely dodged one. They sent my son a set + a hoodie that was an XS. They refused to fix it & quickly created a shipping label & said that it was too late. It was caught immediately & they responded immediately saying that it was too late. Minutes after catching the mistake. That was $40 extra & they could have rectified it but I think XS is probably harder to sell & they wanted to move them out. I’m so mad! They created that shipping label right after saying that they couldn’t right after ordering it. That is so shady! Majority of companies that respond before shipping would mend it, but say, Sorry! No can do you are stuck with it! 🤬

This company sucks. They sent me a completely wrong order and will do nothing to rectify it until AFTER I return THEIR mistake. I ordered my items in time for a vacation, and would have had them no issue except for their horrible customer service! I am a business owner and if I make a mistake, I rectify it immediately for my customer and deal with recovery after I have satisfied my customer. This is a proper business function. It astounds me that they put the onous of their mistake on the customer to solve befor they will make things right. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL!!

Oh my gosh- they did that to me too! Exactly that! Sent an XS & responded immediately after I caught what they did & asked to rectify it & they quickly created a shipping label & said nope! I’m a seller as well & I would neeeever do that to a buyer. I don’t want bad reviews like this! 😳 I am livid! Not only that- they never ship fast from past experience. Usually 1-2 months. This was shipped so fast- right after they first responded they created that shipping label to lock me in. Never ever again, I’m beyond mad! I am a 5 star seller & good on my word so I expect the same. My reputation as a seller is absolutely everything. These people don’t care about anything but money. So I have to question, Do they even donate to mental health? I doubt it.

Any set from comfrt that has letters peel, all my tranquil sets have peeled. I have several o Pastels sets but haven't worn yet I was a ambassador and bought so much of there clothing and things ended sour badly. The best sets to get honestly signature, standard, and affirmation sets.. those don't have rubber logos. Or rubber comfrt stitched on the hoods, the comfrt washes off of that.

I actually caught that because I have multiple sets. Now reading your comment… have 2 more on the way! I have the signature- no issues. I ordered the travel or whatever set that one is. I am so sorry that you had that experience as well. Well, worse. I feel like people knew. They really blow these up to be “buttery soft”- can’t stand that description. But, they aren’t. They are comfy, but not that soft. Those are catchy words & in my opinion, overused & should be a red flag. So, as an ambassador, you purchased how much? No wonder they are on repeat with- they stay soft after washing. Okay, they aren’t uncomfortable. But they do not stay the same. I can’t stand the lettering. Especially when I see ambassadors wearing stitched, which looks a hundred times better. Why not all? They definitely make enough money to add stitching. Or at least leave that out & add patches only? I love the pastel sets- just NOT the lettering. When it peels it looks so cheap! Wish I could buy some sets off of you! I feel also like they have these “amazing sales” 24/7. Like it’s new. $100 for a set realistically is expensive. I have Juicy & BeBe sets that I paid about the same for & they are cozy. VS might be cheaper. Comfy. I’m not buying anymore after these last 2 come in… if they peel. They said end of March. Then they said, No, April, when I emailed them. Whatever. I hope I like what I get but if not I will be done. I don’t trust the blankets. Did you buy anything like that or other items? Thanks for adding to my insight. I have a feeling we’ll be seeing a documentary on Comfrt somewhere soon. It always happens. 🤣

I don’t think the sweats are supposed to say edition. All mine in the shorts, sweats, and hoodies say edit. I have 4 sets and have washed 3 of 4 so far. I will agree they aren’t as soft after you wash but I have found that if you air fluff them in the dryer and don’t air dry them they do feel softer.

One is from the pastel collection. They were purchased directly from the site of Comfrt. I haven’t air dried any of my sets yet. I put them in through dryer on air dry.

How do these things actually fit, because I want to order a pair, but I can’t tell if I should get large or medium bottoms. I’m 5’4 and usually around 140 pounds, but I’m pregnant. Ideally, I want enough stretch that I can wear them full term, but not too large to where I couldn't wear them after birth

These fit nicely. I’m 5’7 & wear a medium in the bottoms & about your pre-pregnancy weight so I’d get medium. I’ve heard size up & size down. Being that they are unisex- I would size down. I ordered a large in the bottoms because I saw size up from one influencer- they are way too big & make me look like a Spring marshmallow. So I wear them at home. The next set/s I ordered for bottoms were medium & they fit much better but still roomy. The elastic band on both sizes are great for keeping them on & up! I always oversize in hoodies so I got a large. Now I’m wondering if a medium would be better but I love extra room & they aren’t huge-huge. My daughter is 5’8 & is 125 pounds. She wears a small in bottoms & she too loved extra room so went with a medium on the top. I had to just kind of find my fit on their size chart & remember that these are unisex. You’re tiny in height & the bottoms are stretchy at the waist so I feel like a medium might be too big in legth… but then smalls are long. I tried my daughter’s on & they fit but every crack & crevice was exposed- not extreme but it felt like it. 🤣 Maybe a medium bottom & I don’t know how far along you are but maybe a large to grow into if you’re not too far along? Comfrt on TikTok goes live & has sales & they will help you with sizing better than me. But for an idea, I thought I’d give you what we wear. They wear a little big for extra room regardless & they are so comfortable. I preordered 2 more sets. I’d order them all in every color if I could. Just wish that they didn’t embellish when they are already worth it minus that sticker lettering. God forbid you ask one of their reps that’s live on TikTok about the one they’re wearing, I did because she had the stitching on the exact set I have but I have stickers. I asked if they were going to do that for now on. Genuine question. They blocked me immediately. 😳 I would have loooved these when I was pregnant! I’d def get one & see what you think. You can always send it back & get a different size if they don’t fit. Hope this helps & good luck with your pregnancy! 🩵
