It makes you go. I started off slow because I work 10 hour days and did not want to be in the bathroom all day at work. It didn’t give me cramps and I did have warning signs when I had to go, but not very much time to get there. There were some days I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the house so I discontinued taking the recommended amount. I bought a six month package and have four cans sitting in my cupboard still.
