Chosen Foods offers great avocado oil-based options for the kitchen. I tried swapping in their mayo for the health benefits over my usual Hellmans—it's not quite as good, but decent. The real standout for me is the avocado oil spray, which is great for cooking at high heat.

This avocado oil spray is the only one I would buy because it is naturally refined, which is really important and the spray comes out so fine never in big squirts. I will always have this in my kitchen. Highly recommend.

This is a great clean label brand and have a lot of consistent skus. My favorite by far is the steakhouse Caesar dressing, it’s absolutely delicious and much cleaner than most brands. Sometimes there is some clumping but overall a regular staple in our house.
Chosen Foods cooking sprays are great quality. I like that they are made with avocado and without GMO's . The quality of the spray and dressings is also excellent, making it worth the higher price than some traditional brands.
