Chomps makes a variety of low-sugar, high-protein snack sticks.

Chomps Snack Sticks are sourced from 100% grass-fed & finished beef and venison, paleo & whole30 approved, and certified gluten free. If you’re looking for a delicious on-the-go snack that's packed with both protein and flavor, try Chomps!

Snacks & candy

Chomps earns strong reviews for clean-ingredient, high‑protein meat sticks that taste satisfying on the go—jalapeño and original beef frequently stand out—so the brand is broadly considered good for convenient protein. Reviews also flag drawbacks: sodium runs high, texture can skew dry or inconsistent, flavor variety feels limited, and isolated complaints cite off flavors, spoilage, and a recall concern.
