I have tried their hair & nail health products and I have to say my nails used to break a lot and they dont anymore even though i work as a nurse and i am exposed to alcohol all the time. The gummies are a easy and fun way to take your supplements and they also have the small vials to have on the go. Overall i think it’s a great brand with products that work
