Ceremony Coffee Roasters reviews and discussion

I discovered this brand via the Target coffee aisle. I'm typically disappointed in their selections, but they've recently expanded their offerings here - especially for whole bean selections. I'll admit, the packaging was the biggest thing that drew me to it. Clean, simple, aesthetic. Then I noticed the flavor profile: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Brown Sugar, Sweet. Yes please. I have an espresso maker and definitely tend toward light roasts, so this being whole bean and a lighter roast was perfect. Not to mention they include the roasted date on the back, so you know this hasn't just been sitting in a warehouse somewhere for months or worse ... years. I just got around to opening it this morning and have already made two lattes because WOW. I seriously can't get over how smooth this coffee is and the flavors are exactly what I was hoping for. I'm definitely excited to try other roasts over time and maybe even visit an actual location because, as it turns out, there are multiple locations within an hour or so drive.
