I was a bit skeptical of the packet / "instant coffee" format to start, but this blend is better than any at-home blend or k-cup I have tried + I LOVE how I can control the temperature of my cup by mixing with water myself vs going through the traditional keurig / kettle. The taste is gourmet - I live in NYC and try a new coffee shop every week and this blend performs on par with the other shops I have tried. The best part is that I can have it in my home and feel just as elevated with my coffee without feeling bad about spending $8+ dollars on it per cup!
