Bola Pizza started as a wood-fired catering company in 2010. We're known for our crust made using a 72-hour fermentation process. It gives us a great crust with a crunchy yet chewy texture and a deeper flavor than traditional pizza doughs. Our customers started requesting a frozen pizza option. We decided to test this idea using the same high-quality and carefully sourced ingredients we used when we catered. Through testing, we dialed in how to par-cook and package a frozen pizza for home that tastes as good as or better than your favorite pizza place. We've developed rigorous training and quality control programs that allow our team to work quickly, but maintain consistency. Our motto is: Superior Ingredients, Zero Compromises, Made by People.
