When these first launched I used to stack up in the US. Now, they’re available everywhere! Super filling without the gluten bloat or discomfort and EASY to make.

It’s quick and easy to make . Just add water and the batter is ready. I also tried waffles using the recipe mentioned on the package and both turned out great .

Love clean organic ingredients.

This pancake mix was okay. It’s about double the price of the non-organic mixes available. I feel as though it would be a better value to make pancakes from scratch using organic ingredients instead. The texture of the pancakes is absolutely lovely. However, the pancakes have a very strong baking soda taste. I did make them a second time and use significantly more butter in the pan and it was slightly less noticeable. If you typically enjoy your pancakes with syrup or add-ins (chocolate, fruit, etc.), then I would say this product is worth a try. Furthermore, the packaging of the product is aesthetically pleasing, but I found the information on the back was less than helpful. The serving size does not specify if it is prepared mix or dry mix. There are no measurements listed with how many pancakes should be made. The bag says makes 5-6 pancakes per 3/4 cup of mix, but some measurement here would be extremely useful. 5-6 3” pancakes or something similar would suffice. Lastly, the instructions are not beginner friendly as there is no suggested time for flipping the pancakes. In the end, I probably won’t repurchase this mix, but will definitely use what I have left.

Love these pancake mixes! The best is buttermilk and I love throwing some frozen wild blueberries in when I'm mixing it up. It's so convenient and easy!

It’s great. Especially for those with a dairy allergy. You can enjoy pancakes Judy like everyone else.
