Big Mozz reviews and discussion

My biggest issue was the servicing size of one stick. 5g of Sat fat, 30 mg cholesterol, and 290 mg of sodium. Serving size is one stick, and many people will eat at least 2-3, so that's 2-3x the servings someone should have. Some brands have these amounts at 3 sticks per serving, which is super unhealthy. Another issue was I couldn't even eat it because the cheese has the texture of bubble gum (likely because it's mozzarella) but it's unchewable I had to spit it out. It's like taking 4 sticks of Wrigley's gum and chewing them altogether. For $8.99 it's overpriced and underwhelming. YMMV.

Big fan! I've been following Big Mozz since their early days at Smorgasburg in NYC. Their food truck mozz sticks are to die for & their new bake-at-home mozz sticks are so tasty!
