I purchased this ring for my son's wedding. When it came, it was missing a prong. I contacted them right away to let them know of this issue. I lost the center opal later that day. I contacted customer service right away and they apologized and worked with me to get a new ring and make sure it was inspected better before sending the new one. The customer service team was super easy to work with and I was very happy with the new product. My only complaint about it is that it's portrayed to look a lot bigger on the website than it is in real life, but I'm still extremely happy with it!
