My friends picked up the carnitas for me to try and it was pretty good. It was quick and super easy to cook, it comes frozen and needs to be thawed before cooking so I just put it in the fridge the night before I was going to cook it. I had it in a taco style and then I’ve been adding it to my salads. They also have recipes on their website which I would definitely use for next time. Overall, good seasoning amount and flavorful
