Loved the packaging and note from the owner! Needed to upgrade my chef knife and this blew my expectations. From the design to functionality - Artisan Revere has really nailed it. They use Elmax Steel so it's guaranteed to be one of the sharpest and durable knives in your kitchen. The brand logo and elements engraving add a nice finishing touch to this beauty.

Chef and pairing Knife, Elmax steel—medium high sharp capacity, lovely lasting sharp time, medium effort to sharp it with cinétic tools. Handle them is a breeze, good weight , a little bending movement in dificult movements. Towards expensive price, I am very very happy to use them. As far as I know the best pairing knife in my hands.
