You see, traditional retail models are not set up to facilitate great value — especially in the furniture market. Our founders wanted to use technology to combine the convenience of eCommerce with the assurance of an in-person experience. Article earns largely positive reviews for attractive, durable designs that often hold up for years, with standout pieces like the Sven sofa, Seno sideboard, Isla and Svelti chairs, and marble nesting or Clarus coffee tables; it works well for style-forward, sturdy basics. Shipping timelines could be improved dramatically. Tons of delays and have never received a product when they said it'd arrive.

I love Article and would highly recommend their lineup to anyone looking to purchase staple pieces they can have for years to come. I purchased a lot of these pieces when redesigning my mothers home. 

The quality is really great and affordable. They by far have some of the best, dining sets, and bar cabinets. Excited to try their outdoor collections come summer. 

This is a great alternative to Restoration Hardware and Crate + Barrel. Articles price point is about 4x less and the same, if not, questionably better quality furniture. Note: This shit is wildly heavy don't make the same mistake I did trying to assemble alone, let them do it for you. It's included.

We moved from Ireland to North Carolina and had absolutely no furniture for our new home. Article to the rescue! Every piece purchased from them was perfect. We bought a sofa, accent chairs, a coffee table, outdoor furniture, and a dining table and chairs. Could not have been happier with everything! We get lots of compliments, especially on the Sven couch. Shipping was always exactly when they said it was, and there were no issues with any delivery. Well worth the money!

I bought the Timber Charme Tan Sofa and the ottoman (bought them on separate occasions but should’ve just bought together). Overall super satisfied and it withstands my couch loving 55lb dog! Leather requires waxing here and there to preserve ; otherwise gets really dry. Docked a star only because the sofa started making a cracking sound when sitting and the customer service ghosted me. There’s nothing visibly wrong yet so haven’t followed up. Shipping is fast ; unlike other more traditional brands that sometimes take months! 

I think Article is totally fine. I have a couch and a bed that I got secondhand. I like them, but would never pay full price for the quality of their products and the level of design interest they offer.

I’m giving them a 3 because of their customer service and quality of fabrics. I have quite a few things from them, and the wood furniture (I have a Seno sideboard) is amazing. Both the chair and couch I have from them are not holding up well AT ALL! Couch pillows are also terrible! And they were $100! My couch is destroyed from simply using water on it! I reached out to customer service but they couldn’t care less. Just upset because I have spent THOUSANDS and expect a little more for supporting their company. I have recommended them quite a bit but I do not anymore. I would look elsewhere. Lamps are also horrible quality.

Article has been one of those pleasant surprises where the furniture looks just as good in person as it does online. The marble nesting tables feel especially elevated: the stone tops have a nice weight and pattern, and the bases are sturdy without feeling clunky, so they make the living room look more pulled-together without taking up a ton of space.​

The banquette has become a real workhorse in my dining area. The style leans modern but still cozy, and the cushioning feels supportive enough for long meals or laptop sessions without that cheap, saggy feeling some online furniture has. It’s the kind of piece that instantly makes the space feel designed, even if the rest of the room is pretty simple.​

What really stood out, though, was how easy the delivery process was. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was clear, and the team showed up when they said they would, brought everything in, and handled the setup without any drama or damage. For buying larger pieces online, that kind of smooth delivery takes a lot of the stress out.

When I bought my first place, I decided to splurge on a couch from Article -  my first major furniture purchase - and I was genuinely excited. But years later, I’m really disappointed. For something that cost nearly $4,000, the quality just doesn’t hold up. It feels dated, not well-made, and definitely not like a piece that should last close to a “forever couch.” I regret expecting longevity from it.

Looks great, lasts over time, and is easy to put together. We’ve been really happy with our products, and they fit well into our décor without feeling like they’re outdated over time. The chairs and sofas are really comfortable.

Absolutely love this mirror - the look and the quality are top notch, and for such an affordable price. We've had it for over 5 years now. The only "issue" is that what you see in the mirror is pretty distorted. As in, we look much thinner in the mirror than we actually are. It gives me a lot of confidence though so there's that! It could just be our particular model, or the fact that we have it leaning against a wall. Regardless, a solid floor mirror that looks great.  

Ordered a couch and, 1 year in, in great shape!

i have the sven leather couch and a few different walnut pieces from article. high quality mid century modern inspired for those of us who want to upgrade from ikea. 

Table and chairs were easy to assemble and look and feel great. No noticeable wear after a year, have just needed to be re-tightened once or twice.

The fabric does pile and need to be shaven every 3 months. The article team did send me money to buy a fabric shaver from Amazon so kudos to them!

I have the timber account from them (3 years now!) and it’s still look pretty good. I have moved 3 times as well, no rent or scratches. Fabric is decent. Cushion is right at the medium comfort level, not too soft but not too hard either.

We have the Tessu King Bed from Article and I love it. It's an upgrade from our former IKEA bed in terms of quality, style, and price but definitely worth the investment!

I own the Clarus coffee table from Article and it's such a good piece, probably the first thing I owned that got me out of an IKEA-level price range. It's beautiful, sturdy, and always gets so many compliments while tying my living room together perfectly. I found article's purchasing experience super easy and the table arrived quicker than expected!

Better, more functional drawers in dresser

Affordable furniture with relatively quick shipping windows. Quality is better than their competitors. Customer service is responsive and solution oriented. The dresser I ordered looks great, only drawbacks are the drawers could have more capacity and the piece itself is very heavy.

Article has tons of beautiful, sturdy pieces. My bed is solid and the perfect mid century addition to the room. They were very communicative regarding delivery and getting a COI for my building—would definitely check article out for my next piece!

I feel like half of my friends have Article's white and light wood lamp (me included!) For good reason - really beautiful furniture, modern without making me worry it will look dated in a couple years, and more affordable than most options.

I'm honestly very surprised I'm here writing a five star review. I always thought of Article to be kind of cheap furniture or the fast fashion of furniture, and I would never have thought I'd go down this road. But I recently bought a new bed and fell in love with a bed frame I found on Article. The price was right during Presidents' Day Weekend and so I pulled the trigger.

Less than a week later they delivered it to my house, built it in my bedroom, and then cleaned up.

It looks fantastic, feels quality, it was a breeze to schedule and reschedule delivery when I got busy. This has definitely changed my opinion of Article and was the best bed frame purchase experience I've ever had.

The Isla Dining Chair is perfect for our small dining room. Minimal design, easy to clean, affordable, and comes in a wide array of colors. I've had mine for 2 years now and they still look new. The shipping lead time was long, but that's expected for furniture. 

While the order took quite some time, it was no longer than we were quoted. Their delivery process was seamless with excellent communication. The outdoor living room furniture we ordered from them have exceeded our expectations! We were even impressed with the careful packaging, and the tiny ribbon taped to the “parts” bag for easy finding!
