Anua earns strong reviews for calming, non‑greasy formulas—especially the Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner, cleansing oil, and Niacinamide/TXA serums—which reduce redness, fade dark spots, and cleanse without stinging eyes. However, reviews also flag issues: herbal/essential‑oil scent and potential irritation for sensitive users, occasional stripping or insufficient deep sebum removal, and rare severe breakouts from multi‑step routines, making patch testing prudent.

If I could give this brand 0 stars I would. I have NEVER had as bad of a breakouts that I have now. My skin is combination/oily and I got told the oil cleanser would help as I had a few red spots for “glass skin” hype, so I invested and bought the 5 step routine. No joke, it has given me some of the most painful cystic acne I have ever experienced, if you have bought this THROW IT THE F AWAY. I have had to spend hundreds on doctors and dermatologists appointments to try and help my skin to get back to normal. I have never been someone who is self conscious about leaving the house until now and I’m just constantly in pain even with washing m skin with water and embarrassed of the looks I have been getting when I do go out. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was my skin after three days of using the 5 step skin care twice per day. I have no idea what the heck has made it this bad but girl, not worth the aftermath.

This has been a lifesaver when it comes to minimising the appearance of pores. It gently cleanses and removes all the impurities that have built up on my face over the day. It has worked very well on my acne prone skin and has caused ZERO breakouts!

Never received my order, and the company refused to reship or provide a refund. Would not recommend anyone risk their dollars.
the peach niacinamide serum is quite nice, but does irritate a little on days where my skin is more sensitive. oil cleanser is okay, pulls out a lot of gunk but doesn't always get the deeper stuff out.
