i have a light pink hardshell suitcase from this brand! i got it on sale for around 80 USD, so american tourister may be a cheaper option for those that can’t or don’t want to spend money on brands like away or bèis. due to the price it’s not very fancy but it’s really spacious inside, and the outside can unzip to expand a bit. i love the color and the inside, but if you’re someone who really cares about the look of their suitcase then i wouldn’t recommend the hardshell—the material isn’t durable and already has surface scratches from other bags, hence the 3/5 rating. but overall you get what you pay for, and it’s a good, cheaper option that will still protect your belongings.
