The sleep routine includes Bedtime Cue, Wind Down, Noise Mask, & Back to Sleep settings to adjust or skip. Lights, sounds, and colors are fully adjustable, it is less than 5 inches tall, connects to earbuds, and now you can listen to podcasts! Tempurature can be turned on or off.
