I enjoyed Kulture Koffee. One thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. The owner made sure I received my product in a timely manner & educated me on all the products she carried. She suggested some based on the flavors I liked.

At this time, I don’t see any areas of opportunity where she needs to make changes. My expectations were exceeded.
