WILL CHARGE WITH NO APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY - NO REFUNDS - DELETE NEGATIVE REVIEWS - They took $50 payment before showing appointments. None were available. At any time at any point in the future. I asked for a refund—I have received NOTHING 5 months later. Instead, they’re giving me the run around and barely responding to my emails. They’ve also tried to get my reviews explaining this on other sites! Shameful for a company that purports to help animals, stealing money from pet owners.
Don’t charge customers for services you don’t have? Simple really, almost like that’s how buying services works at every company in existence.
