Couch itself is awesome but process of getting the couch is terrible. We were never notified if the couch had shipped or was being tracked. Out of the blue a random cargo company contacted us to deliver but showed up far earlier than promised. To make matters worse they just dropped pallettes on the street and didn't bring to door. My pregnant wife had to help me haul multiple heavy boxes up stairs. Given how expensive the couches are I would expect better logistical support and vetting of their distribution network.
