Maisonette

I shop at Maisonette a lot. However, I no longer plan to be a customer. I have not had to deal with their customer service until now and it is terrible. I ordered a gift for me son. I emailed a day later asking that they cancel the order. No one would ever get back to me. Then the order never came so I thought maybe they had canceled as I asked. Nope. The item arrived late. I then emailed to return the item. After weeks of continued outreach they told me they could not cancel my order and now I cannot return because it is final sale. I think the way you treat customers is important in a business. I will go directly to vendor and not use Maisonette going forward. After reading other terrible examples of their customer service in other reviews I can see that my experience is not a one off. I will not shop there and no one else should.
