Ten days later no sign of my order. I received no confirmation and the site is attached to an app called shop.com that you have to download to track your order. They don't send you a tracking number and the site is not user friendly just signing in is a big hassle. Customer service rep took forever to answer the phone when I finally got through they promised my order would go out that day or the next it did not go out for 3 days after that. They sell products that are close to expiration thats how they do it so cheaply. Which means because they are mostly natural foods without artificial preservatives, they are stale. All the foods offered are [processed with tons of salt and sugar. They have daily specials but they limit the quantity to one. Pet food is the same price as the grocery store.

Fix your website and made tracking orders easier by sending a tracking number. Be truthful about delivery dates and divorce yourself from shop.com
