I purchased a risedesk a couple months ago and it has really helped my back! Previously I was using an ikea desk which in hindsight didn't fit my height (as i'm quite short) and my neck was hurting every day after work. I love how low the desk goes (24") and i'm not only able to stand for a couple hours a day but also sit at my ideal height. Also shoutout to the customer support team who answered all my questions immediately. Support local!
